The new show, Siren, will tour the UK and Ireland from March to May 2027, bringing a bigger production, a full cast and plenty of Myra's trademark sharp humour.
Joining her on stage will be the Fabulous Myrettes, along with fan favourite Rose Lavender, as the self-proclaimed "siren from South Yorkshire" promises her boldest show yet.
Sharing the news, Myra said: "How excited I am to be once again swanning round the UK and Ireland with my biggest tour to date, SIREN."
She also joked: "We didn't tour in 2026 and can I say it? I think we felt the national mood dip."
Promising to lift audiences' spirits, she added: "They will leave that theatre in a much better mood than they entered it."
The announcement follows a remarkable run for the character, who has built a huge following through sold-out theatre shows, viral social media clips and a standout performance as Ruth in the West End production of Titanique.
