Ed Gamble Returning To Prime Video With New Stand-Up Special
Ed Gamble Live will premiere on Prime Video on Thursday 29 October 2026, marking the comedian’s second stand-up special for the streaming service.
Filmed at Salford’s Lowry Quays Theatre in January 2025, the show features material Gamble has been performing since the release of his previous special, Blood Sugar, in 2019.
Many of us will know Gamble from his hugely popular Off Menu podcast with James Acaster, while he’s also a former Taskmaster champion. He currently hosts Taskmaster: The Podcast and The Traitors: Uncloaked, keeping him busy away from the stand-up stage.
Gamble said: “I’m very excited to finally release this special into the world. Apologies to my friends, some of it is gross.”
Since filming Ed Gamble Live, he’s completed his biggest-ever sold-out world tour, taking his comedy across Europe and North America, with further performances in Australasia. And he’s already preparing to head back on the road.
His next tour, Fresh Hell, begins in January 2027 and will feature more than 60 dates across the UK and Ireland.
